The Plaintiff is Anne A. stafford, an adult individual residing at 4617 North Clearview, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. The Defendant is David S. stafford, an adult individual residing at 2910 Sunset Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. The Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the filing of this Complaint. 4. The parties are husband and wife, having been lawfully married on October 12, 1968, in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. 5. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant is in the military or naval service of the United States or its allies within the provisions of the Solider's and Sailor's civil Relief Act of the Congress of 1940 and its amendments. 6.
