I am the attorney of record for the plaintiff in the above
matter. Judgment in favor of the plaintiff was entered in the
Magistrate Court of Dietrict Justice Correal on December 13,
1995, and the Transcript of Judgment was filed with the
Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas on April 16, 1996.

arising therefrom arose from an accident involving a motor
