Writ, Notice, Poster and Description il<':cording to law.
R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law,
says he made diligent search and inquiry for two of the within named
defendants, to wit, Arthur E. Smith and Karen M. Smith but was unable
to locate them in his bailiwi.ck. He therefl)l-e deputized the Sheriff of
franklin County, Pennsylvania to serve the within Real Estate Writ
Notice Poster and Description according to law.
FRANKLIN COUNTY RETURN, Now, October 19, 1996 at 2,03 o'clock
P.M. served the wtihin Writ of Execution upon Arthur E. Smith at 157
Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg, Pa. 17201 (Sheriff's Office) by handing
to Arthur a true & attested copy of the original Writ of Execution &
Sale Bill and made known to him the contents thereof. So answers

the Lender may also instruct its attornevs to start a lawsuit to
