CUSTODY AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this I.lit, day of September, 1996, by and
between RUTH ANN KREISER of 2B W. Springville Road, Boiling
Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and LONNIE L. KREISER, of
655 Gutshall Road, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, th~ parties were married on September 17, 1977, in
New Kingston, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS: Three (3) children were born of this marriage, namely
JASON CRISWELL KREISER, born on May 3, 1982; and JOHN ADDISON
KREISER, born on January 1, 1985; and JAMES LEE KREISER, born on
October 4, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an agreement with regard to
custody and visitation of said children;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein
made, as well as other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
of which hereby is acknowledged, the parties hereto, intending
legally to be bound hereby, do covenant and agree as follows:
A. Primary physical custody of the aforesaid children, during
minority, hereby is given to LONNIE L. KREISER, except as otherwise
may be provided by an appropriate court, having proper jurisdiction
of the subject.
B. The parties shall take all reasonable measures to foster
a feeling of affection between themselves and the children.
Neither party shall do anything to hamper or impair the children's
love and respect for the other party.

C. The parties further agree that Wife shdll be entitled to
participate in the making ot major decisions affecting the best
interests of their minor children, including, but not limited to,
medical, religious and educational decisions.
D. RUTH ANN KREISER shall have the right ot reasonable
visitation of said children, as mutually may be agreed upon by the
parties. In the event the parties are unable to agree upon
visitation, RUTH ANN KREISER shall have the right of visitation
every other weekend, commencing at 5:30 o'clock P.M. on Friday and
ending at 6 o'clock P.M. on Sunday. She shall also be entitled to
visitation with said children two (2) nights during the week on
days and times mutually agreed upon by the parties, including the
ch.ildren.
with respect to the major holidays consisting of New 'lear's
Eve, New 'lear's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. RUTH ANN
KREISER shall have the right of visitation every other major
holiday. Said visitation on major holidays shall also be on an
alternating basis commencing with Thanksgiving, 1996.
RUTH ANN KREISER shall also be entitled to visitation of the
children each year on Mother's Day and LONNIE L. KREISER shall be
entitled to visitation with the children each year on Father's Day.
E. RUTH ANN KREISER shall notify LONNIE L. KREISER, not less
than 24 hours in advance, of any change in plan to exercise .ueh
visitation rights.
