R.Civ.P. 2039 to approve a settlement of an insurance claim arising out of an automobile accident and states as follow8I 1. Petitioners are the parents of Monica Gelbaugh (a minor) . 2. On March 18, 1995, Monica Gelbaugh was injured in an accident while a passenger in an automobile driven by Timothy L. Wells of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. took place in Dickinson Township, The accident Cumberland County. 4. As a result of the accident, the minor Monica Gelbaugh suffered injuries to her neck and minimal compression fracture of her cervical spine at C-7. 5. The fracture has hoaled and the minor has been released from further treatment by her physician. (Robert J. Maurer, M.D. ) , ! (2) Kristine Gelbaugh and Carl Gelbaugh the parents of Monica Gelbaugh are authorized to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this settlement. (3) The one-third contingent counsel fee requested in the amount of $3,333,33, IS DENIED.' A twenty percent contingent counsel fee in the amount of $2,000, IS APPROVED.
