The plaintiff moves the Court for an Order continuins
generally the hearing in the above-captioned case on the grounds
that:
1. A Temporary Protection Order was issued by this Court
on April 22, 1996, scheduling a hf!aring for April 30, 1996, at
8:45 a.m.
2, The deff!ndunt was served with a certified copy of t.he
Temporary Protection Order and Petition for Protection Order on
April 24, 1996, by Angie McKee,
3, The parties agree that the hearing be generally
continued to afford them time to execute a Consent Agreement,
4, The plaintiff requests that the Temporary Protection
Order remain in effect until modified or terminated by the court
after notice or hearing,
5, A certified copy of the Order for Continuance will be
delivered to the Middlesex Township Police Department by the
attorney for the plaintiff,
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff requests that the Court grant this
Motion and continue this matter generally, and that the Te.porary

AND NOW, this _,k_ day of May,
1996, upon consideration of
the Consent Agreement of the parties, the following Order is
entered:
1. The defendant., Donza M, Mihmllt, is enjoined from
physically abusing the plaintiff, Allie E, Mihmet, or from
placing him in fear of abuse,
2, The defendant is "njoined from having any direct or
indirect contact with the plaintiff including, but not limited
to, telephone and written communications.
3, The defendant is ordered 1.0 refrain from harassing and
stalking the plaintiff and from harassing the plaintiff's
relatives,
4, The defendant is excluded from the plaintiff's
residencl! located at 87 Cherry Lane, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and any other residence the plaintiff may
establish,
5, The court costs and fees are waived,
6, This Order' shall .'..main in effect for a period of one
year or until modified or termlnat.ed by the Court, The Order can
be extended beyond Its original expiration date if the Court
