gl Defendant does not allow Plaintiff, David M. Linn,
acce6S to register tapes, paid receipts or deposit
~lips so that Plaintiff, Uavid N, Linn, may give them
to the corporation's accountant.
h) The co~poration's original accountant was
dismissed by Defendant without the knowledge or consent
of the Plaintiff, David N. Linn,
i) Defendant will not turn over the proper
documentation to the new accountant so that the
accountant can complete the corporation's taxes.
j) Defendant does not pay license fees on a timely
basis, causing damage to the Plaintiff Corporation in
the accrual of late fees and interest.
k) Defendant does not pay vendors on time, even after
many have complained, therefore damaging the Plaintiff
Corporation's reputation and credit worthiness.
l) Insurance for the corporation's employees has
twice been canceled because of the failure of the
Delendant to pay premiums on a timely basis.
ml Defendant is illegally converting and procuring
proceeds from the Plaintiff Corporation and using these
funds for personal expenses.
n) The Plaintiff Corporation's Sunday liquor license
has been revoked because the corporatidn's food sales

business. This is due to t.he Defendant's failure to
run food purchas'~s throuqh the H!qlster. This loss of
the Sunday llquor license will greatly effect the
income of tho Plaintiff Corporation due to the unique
nbllity of the corporation to sell liquor on a Sunday.
9. The Defendant has denied the Plaintiff, David M. Linn,
access of the books of the Plaintlff Corporation although duly
demanded.
lQ, The Defennant is fiuancially irresponsible, and unless

the Plaintiff Corporation is dissolved, and a permanent receiver
appointed, further and greater losses will be inflicted upon the
Plaintiff, David M. Linn, and Plaintiff Corporation by the

to Edward L. Schorpp, Esquire, on April 23, 1996.
WHEREF'ORF., Plaintiff, David Linn, <lnd Plaintiff Corporation,
Blondle's Inn, Inc., requeGts that:
(a) H dissolution of the corporation be decreed;
(b) an injunction issued, preliminary until a hearing and
final thereafter, restraining Defendant from buying, selling
or collecting funds for the corporation and transacting any
business in the corporation's name, from taking any of its
goods or cash, and from interfering in any manner with the
corporation, or its business or property;
(c) an account be stated of all the corporation's
transactions and dealings over the past three (3) years, and
that the Defendant be ordered to pay to Plaintiff, David M.
Linn, and Plaintiff, Blondie's Inn, lne., such amount as may
appear due;
(d) Plain\:lff, [Iavid M. Llnr., be appointed as a temporary
receiver to take charge of the corporation, and its books,
properly, and business;
