Contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with S ~ A Custom Built
Ho.es, Inc. of Ca.p Hill, pennsylvania, tor the erection of a
story building upon a lot of
land situate

NOW, April 11, 1996, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by the said Brian J. KJlgus and JennJler L. KJlgus,
his wile, to the said S , A Custom Built Ho.es, Inc., to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration ot the making ot the said contract with BrJan J.
Kilgu. and Jennifer L. Kilgus, and the further consideration of
one DOllar, to S , A Custom BuJlt HOlies, Inc., paid by IJrilln J.
Kilgus and Jennifer L. Kilgus, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the bui.Zding and/or land by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, now by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased tor the erection of said building,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
