I, recorded in the Office of the RecordE'lr of Deeds in and for
CUmberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 67, Pagll 36, et seq.,
the metes and bounds description for which lot is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference and made a part
hereof.
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the southweotern right-of-way line of
Silver Maple Drive at the northeast corner of Lot No. 117 on the
above mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No, 117,
South 330 31' 34" West 241.88 feet to an iron pin in line of storm
drainage Pond "B" on the above me~tioned Final Subdivision Plan;
thence by line of said Pond "B", South 520 34' 00" East 27.11 feet
to an iron pin at the northwest corner of Lot No. 115 on the above
mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No. 115, North
660 32' 39" East 242.50 feet to an iron pin in the southwestern
