of the loan contract.

The Plaintiff has not received any payments from Defendant since on
or about July 1995, leliving a balance due and owing of Three
Thousand Eight Hundred Dollare ($3,800.00).

In accordance with Paragraph 3 of the Agreement, the Plaintiff had
a notice mailed to Defendant requesting that the balance due be
paid giving the Defendant thirty (30) days' notice to do so.
Attached hereto and marked as Exhibit B and incorporated herein is
a copy of the notice to the Def.endant.

The Defendant has failed to respond to the notice requesting
payment.

The Defendant hae breached the terms of the loan contract and
deepite demand for payment has failed to pay the requested eume due
and owing to Plaintiff.

In accordance with Paragraph 4 of the loan contract, the Defendant
agreed to pay court costs and reasonable attorney's fees in the
event the Plaintiff had to pursue a collection action.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to enter
judgment in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in the
sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundl"ed Dollars ($3,800.00), plue coets
and reasonable attorney's fees, being an amount requiring
compulsory arbitration.
