6. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant are member. of th.
Armed Forces of the United states or any of its Allies.
7. Plaintiff has been adviaed of the availability of
counseling and that he has the right to l:equest that the Court
require both parties to participate in counseling.
8. The Plaintiff avers as grounds on which thia action
i. based are:
(a) that the marriage is irretrievably broken; and
(b) that as of June 6, 1997, the partiea will have
lived separate and apart for a period of at leaat
two (2) continuous years.

STIPULA TlON AND AGREEMENT
THIS STIPULA TION AND AGREEMENT entered into this-L~day of ~
, 1998 by and between REBECCA J. BEARDMORE (hereinafter
referred to as "WIFE") and ROGER o. BEARDMORE (hereinafter referred to as
"HUSBAND").
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, Husband and Wife were married on August 25, 1973 IlIId divorced on
October I, 1996; and
WHEREAS, HUSBAND and WIFE entered into a Marriage Settlement Agreement dated
March 8, 1996 which provides in part that HUSBAND shall pay both child support and alimony
to WIFE; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into an agreement relative to alimony pursuant to
the Marriage Settlement Agreement to submit to Domestic Relations for processing and
collection.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and agreements
as hereinafter set forth and intending to be legally bound, the parties hereto agree as follows:
I, HUSBAND shall pay to WIFE alimony in the amount of Three Hundred and noli 00
($300,00) Dollars per month effective May 8, 1997 through April 8, 2000,
2, Said payment' as noted in Paragraph One above shall be made by HUSBAND through
the Cumberland County Domestic Relations Office,
3. The parties agree that in making this agreement there has been no fraud, concealment.
overreaching, coercion or other unfair dealing on the part of the other,

hereof, set forth their hands and seals the day and year herein set forth,
