SAWKA, is an adult individual currently residing at 26 E. Main Street, Walnut Bottom, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania. 2. The Detendant, EDWARD J. SAWKA, is an adult individual currently residing at Georgia Central Raqiatry, P.O. Box 38070, Atlanta, Georgia, 30334-0070. 3. The parties were married in July ot 1992, and divorced in March of 1995. 4. There were two (2) children born unto the aarriaqe, Danny L. Sawka, and Edward J. Sawka, IV, both born AU9Uat 22, 1993. 5. The children were born durinq wedlock. 6. The children resided with the Plaintiff and the Defendant from birth until November of 1993, at R.D. 11, Box Itt, Shermansdale, Perry county, Pennsylvania; from November of 1993 until July at 1995, at 419 Bobcat Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, with the Plaintitf and the Oetendant; Defendant moved June 6, 1994, from the Bobcat Road address and no lonqer resided with the children thereatter; from July at 1995 until the present, at the address contained in paragraph 1 above, along with the Plaintiff. 7. Plaintiff is the natural mother of the children; the Oetendant is the natural tather ot the children. 8. Plaintiff believes and there tore avers that it is in the best interest of the children to contirm custody in the PlainUtt.
