EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more partricularly described as follows
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern right of way of Signal Hill Drive,
said point also being the Northwest corner of Lot No.6; thence along
said right of way along a curve to the right having a radius of 515.00
feet and an arc length of 194.04 feet to a point, said point being the
Southwest corner of Lot No.8; thence along the Southern line of Lot No.
8 South 83 degrees 02 minutes 49 seconds East a disance of 228.34 feet
to a point, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot No.8; thence
along future Phase 2 South 10 degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds East a
distance of 107.26 feet to a point, said point being the Northeast
corner of Lot No, 6; thence along the Northern line of Lot No. 6 South
75 degrees 44 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 241.44 feet to a
