I. Plaintiff is MICHELLE 1.. SPECK. who currently resides at 7 Northvlew Drive, Carlisle.
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since February 7, 1996.
2. Defendant is STEVEN E. SPECK, who currently resides at 145 South Baltimore Slreet.
Apt. B, Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania. 17019.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have both been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth for at least
six months immediately previous to filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on February 14, 1996, at Newville, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior a~tions of divorce or for annulment between the panies hereto in
this or an)' other jurisdiction.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
7, Plaintiff has been advised that counselinll is available. and that Plaintiff may have the right
to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling.
8. Plaintiff requests the Coun to enter a Decree of Divorce.
