1, The mother and father shall share physical and lepl custody of the
child.
2, The mother and fatber shall share custody of the child on an
alternatina week schedule with the fatber havina the child co.mencina Friday,
March " 1996, at 5:00 p.., throuab Friday, Karch 8, 1996, at 5:00 p.m, The
IIOtber's alternatina weeks shall coincide with tbe wee.kenda ber two cbildren by
a prior aarriaae are in her custody to maximize sibling contact.
3, The parties shall transfer custody of the child at tbe uternal
arandllother's bOlle or at another neutral site .utually aareed upon by the
partiea.
4. The lather shall not allow the paternal grandllother to provide care
for tbe cbild or allow tbe child to be in ber prelence unless be il supervised
by tbe father.
5. Before aakina alternate child care arrangement I , each party Ihall
aive the other preference in providina child care for the child when the other
parent is working or unavailable to care for the child durina that parent's week
of custody. If tbe parties aaree to alternate day care arranluentl for the
child they alree to bear tbe financial cost equally.
6, The parties shall uke the child available for reuonable telepbone
contact durina their periods of custody.
7. The parties shall alternate the followina holidays frOll 10:00 a.a.
until 8:00 p.a,: Easter, Muorial Day. July 4th. Labor Day. and New Year's. The
father shall beain the schedule havina the child on Easter. 1996. The holiday
schedule shall supercede the alternatina week schedule,
8, The parties shall share the Tbankl&ivina Day holiday with the !lather
bavina the child frOll 9:00 a.a. until 3:00 p,lI. and the father bavina the child
frOll 3:00 p,m. until 9:00 p,a.
9. The parties shall alternate the Christaas holiday with one parent
bavina the child on Christmas Eve frOll 6:00 p.., until Christmas Day at 10:00
a.a, and the other parent havina the child on Christmas Day at 10:00 a.a. until
December 26th at 10:00 a.lD. The father shall have the child on Christ.... Day
frOll 10:00 a.m. until Decuber 26th at 10:00 a.m. in 1996.
10. The !lather shall bave custody of the child on Mother's Day frOll 10:00
a.lI. until 8:00 p.a. and the father shall have custody of the child on Father's
Day frail 10:00 a.lD. until 8:00 p.lD. reprdlesB of the alternatina week schedule.
11 , The non-custodial parent shall bave a four-hQur period of custody
with the child on the child's birthday at tilDes to be mutually Alreed upon by the
parties.
12. Each party shall have the right to custody of the child for one week
each year (includina a llAXillum of two weekends) until the child belins arade
school a which tiae the parties shall exercise their periods of vacation durina
the SliDer aonths. The parties shall provide each other with 30 days advance
notice of intent to exercise their vacation period.
