ALL THOSE TWO certain lots of ground situate in the Borough of
Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bound and described as
followSI
NO. 1. BEGINNING at a post in the center of Main Street;
thence by a twelve (12) foot alley South sixteen and one-fourth
(16 1/4) degrees East one hundred eighty-one (181) feet to a
post; thence by Lot No.2 herein and a projected twelve (12) foot
alley South sixty-seven and one-half (67 1/2) degrees West one
hundred Eighty-three and one-fourth (183 1/4) feet to the center
of the run; thence by the said run and lands now or late of
George B. Watson North seventeen and one-half
(17 1/2) degrees West one hundred seventeen and two-thirds (117
2/3) feet to a post in line of now or formerly S. O. Rebok;
thence eastwardly in a straight line thirty-seven (37) feet to a
post or stone in line of the said S. O. Rebok; thence by the same
North in a straight line sixty-three and one-third (63 1/3) feet
to a point in the center of Main Street; thence along the center
of Main Street by lands now or formerly of David Heffelfinger
North sixty-seven and one-half (67 1/2) degrees East one hundred
forty-eight and one-half (148 1/2) feet to a post, the point or
place of BEGINNING. .
CONTAINING three-fourths (3/4) of an acre, more or less.
NO. 2. BEGINNING at a post at the intersection of two alleys;
thence by one alley and Lot No. 86 now or formerly of D. T.
Ramsey southwardly two hundred (200) feet to a post on line of
lot now or formerly of A. R. Heberlig; thence along said Heberlig
lot westwardly one hundred eighty-nine (189) feet to the center
of the run; thence up said run along its various courses
northwardly two hundred thirty-eight and five-tenths (238 5110)
feet to a post in line of Lot No. 1 herein; thence along Lot No.
1 herein; and a projected twelve (12) foot alley eastwardly one
hundred eighty-three and one-fourth (183 1/4) feet to a post at
an alley, the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING the same premises which Betty R. Highlands, an unremarried
widow, by her deed dated April ~ , 1996 and about to be

Cumberland County, granted and conveyed unto Keith L. Highlands
