A description of the property against which this claim is filed is the house and property known as and numbered 100 North 20lh Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 4. The claim for collection of these unpaid amounts is based upon the Municipal Claims Act, 53 P.S, S 7101, et seq. 5. All acts, conditions, events and things required to be done under and by the Borough of Camp Hill have been done and performed in due and legal form so as to entitled 92454.19/18102 the Borough of Camp Hill to a lien for the payment of the amounts for which this claim is filed, 6, The sewer rate was charged for sewer service furnished to the above-described property connected to the Borough of Camp Hill sanitary sewer system during the period from 200 I through 2002 (3 periods), 7. The amount of the charges due under this claim are as follows: a, sewer charge at $240 per year in $120 bi-annual payments $360.00 b. sewer penalty and interest 34,73 c.
