5. DOREE A. ZIMMERMAN and HAROLD W. PITTMAN, JR. shall have
primary physical custody of DEAN LEON OLEWINE, II, until such time
as all parties agree that AMY L. OLEWINE has:
A. sucessfully completed and obtained her GED;
B. sucessfully completed a course of study at the
Computar Learning Network and obtained a job in that field of
expertise; and
C. enrolled herself in a counselling program to build
self-esteem and better parenting skills.
6. AMY L. OLEWINE shall have temporary physical custody of
DEAN LEON OLEWINE, II, at reasonable intervals and for reasonable
periods of time, to be agreed upon by the parties.
7. AMY L. OLEWINE, DOREE A. ZIMMERMAN and HAROLD W. PITTMAN,
JR. shall keep each other informed of their respective current
addresses and telephone numbers.
8. AMY L. OLEWINE, DOREE A. ZIMMERMAN and HAROLD W. PI'l'TMAN,
JR. believe that the terms of this agreement will serve the child
and the mother's best interests.
9. As the parties may agree, this Agreement can and should
be altered when it would be in the best interest of DEAN LEON
OLEWINE, II.
10. The foregoing Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect until further written agreement by both parties.
