KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, th~t Lower Allen Township Authority,
the above named plaintiff, for Sl.OO, does by these pre5ents postpone
the lien ot the above recited Municipal Lien to the lien of a Mortgage
executed by the defendants d~ted December 17th, 1996 TO Standard
F.~eral Bank in the amount of $99,000.00/ and is now r~corded in
CUmberland County Mortgage Book _ , page with the s~rne
torce and effect as if the above recited Municipal Lien had been
recorded on a day subsequent to the day of recordation of said
mortg,~ge. Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be
construed so as to impair or otherwise affect the Municipal Lien
against the defendents except as hereinbefore expressly set forth.
In witness whereot, this agreement is executed by the plaintiff this
