at line of Lot No. 5 In the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by the
center of laid highway. North 65 degrees 12 minutes East 100 feet; thence by
the same, North 63 degrees 36 minutes East 11 feet to line of Lot No. 3 on
said Plan; thence by said last-mentioned Lot, South 26 degrees 24 minutes
East 598.5 feet to the line of lands of John W. Lehman; thence by said lands,
South 66 degrees 10 minutes Weat. 116.7 feet to the line of Lot No.5 on said
Plan, thence by said Lot, North 24 degrees 48 minutes West 596.2 feet to the

County on March 27, 1986 in Deed Book U, Volume 31, Page 227,
5. The Name and mailing address of each Defendant is: David H, Geyer and Jill D,
Geyer, 2124 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, PA 17013.
6. The Interest of each individual Defendant is as Mortgagor, Real Owner, or both,
7. The Mortgage is in default because the monthly installments of principal and
interest and other charges stated below, all as authorized by the Mortgage, are
due as of November 1. 1995 and have not been paid, and upon failure to make
such payments when due, the whole of the principal, together with charges
specifically itemized below are immediately due and payable.
