they mutually agree that each party shall from unt! uner the date hereof be the sole und separute owner
of all such tangible personal property preseRtly in his or her possession. aRd Ihis Agreement shnll huve
the effect of an assignment or bill of sale from each party to the other for such property as mny he in
the individual possession of each of the parties hereto.
