Stahl, Sr. P.O. Box 192 Mt. Holly Springs, PA 1706B Dear Ms. Lindsay and Mr, stahl: I am in receipt of Ms. Lindsay's letter of March 27, 1997, indicating that the parties have worked out an agreement and, therefore, may not need to proceed in the Divorce Master's Office. Ms. Lindsay has requested two weeks to allow the parties to execute an agreement and the affidavits of consent so that the divorce can conclude under section 3301(c) of the Domestic Relations Code. previously, I had indicated that because no economic claims were raised I was unable to issue a directive for the filing of pre-trial statements. As Ms, Lindsay indicates, if an agreement is not reached, she will amend her complaint adding a count for equitable distribution. At that time, I will then issue a directive for the filing of pre-trial statements. I will not vacate my appointment pending receipt by the parties of either the agreement resolving all economic claims or the filing of the amended complaint by Ms. Lindsay raising a claim for equitable distribution. If an agreement is reached, I request that counsel provide me with a signed copy after which I will prepare an order to the court asking that my appointment be vacated. If rr ii II 'I !I . ,.
