LICENSE SUSPENSION APPEAL
MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver
Licensing (Department), by and through its auorney, George H, Kabusk, Esquire, respectfully
represents as follows:
1. The Depanment mailed to Jeffrey A. Blumanstock a notice informing him that as a
result of his violation ofSeclion 1547 ofthe Vehicle Code, relating to Chemical Test Refusal, on
March 5, 1996, his driving privilege was being suspended for one year.
2. Mr, Blumanstock filed an appeal of the above mentioned notice,
3. A hearing in the maUer is scheduled for July 26, 1996, at 10:00 a.m, in courtroom
number 4,
4, The Department plans to call Officer Joseph Cesari of the Harrisburg Police
Department as a witness for the Department at the hearing in the above mentioned maUer,
6. The undersigned counsel was informed that Officer Cesari has been subpoenaed to
appear and testify at another case in another county at the same time on July 26, 1996, and,
therefore, Officer Cesari has a scheduling conllict which will make Officer Cesari unavailable to
