recently bccn living as husband and wifc.

H. WHEREAS, the parties desir Ita set forth their mutual agreement and understanding
in writing.
NOW, THEREIIOItE, in consi.bation of the covenants and promises hereinatler to be
mutually kept and perfomled by each party, liS well liS for olher good and valuable consideration
and intending to be legally bound, the parties mutulIlly agree liS follows:
I. The parties shall allemptto reconcile and shall begin cohabiting upon the signing of this
Agreement;
2. All property and ~stale of the parties hereto of every nature and wheresoever siluate
and all property and estate herealler acquired by each of the parties shall be and remain forever
marital property subject t" equitable distribution unles, specilically documented otherwise in an
agreement signed by the parties and notarized.
3. In the event that the parties ever separate again or either party commences an action in
divorce against the other, whether in this or any other jurisdiction, each party hereby
acknowledges that said marital property is subject to equitable distribution.
4. Specilically, parties herein acknowledge that the moneys received from the personal
injury selllement in Lvter v. UPS are a marital asset.
5. As a condition of this Agreelmnl, husband agrees to add wife's name 10 all existing and
future accounts held by a bank, credit union, or other, in which the selllement moneys arc held.
Furthermore, husband agrees to add wilc's name 10 titles on all motor vehicles now, and in the
fUlure, held.
6. Parties agree thaI all future purchases of real and/or personal property shall be made in
joint names as I en ants by entirety.
7. Nothing herein shall be construed as preventing either of the parties from giving any of
his or her property or estate to the other by deed, gill, will or olher-vise.
8. This Agreement is entered into in Pennsylvania and shall be construed under and in
accordance with the laws of Pennsylvnnia and shall in no way be atlccted by IIny change in
domicile of either party.
