Olllce 01 the Recorder 01 Deeds 01 Cumberlend County. In Plan Book 52. Page 70. and being more
particularly bounded and described on Exhibit" A" attached hereto and made a part hereol.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor. lor and In
