III, Hampden Hearth, HechanicBburg, Ponnsylvania, NOW 'l'HBREPORE, THIS AGRBEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for an in oonsideration of the sum of ($1,00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the reoeipt whereof is hereby aoknowledgad, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement afor8llaid, for itself, himself or themselves and it., hiD or their .ubcontraotors, and all parties aoting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liene or claims Ihall be filad or maintained by them or any of them againlt tha said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of anr work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under sa d contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the ereotion and construotion of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the .aid Contractor, for itself, him.elf or themselveD, its, his or their subcontractors Bnd others under them, har.by expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims againot the said buildings or Bny of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, Dhall be an independent covenant.
