referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and conltruct n dwelling on tho certain lot of ground
situate in Hampdon '1'ownohip, cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennlylvania, and more fully described in Bxhibit "Aft Which is
attaohed hereto and made a part hereof and known as Lot 238, Phal.
III, Hampden Hearth, HechanicBburg, Ponnsylvania,
NOW 'l'HBREPORE, THIS AGRBEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in oonsideration of the sum of ($1,00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the reoeipt whereof is hereby
aoknowledgad, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement afor8llaid, for itself, himself or themselves and it., hiD
or their .ubcontraotors, and all parties aoting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liene or claims Ihall
be filad or maintained by them or any of them againlt tha said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of anr work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under sa d contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the ereotion and construotion of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the .aid Contractor, for itself, him.elf or
themselveD, its, his or their subcontractors Bnd others under them,
har.by expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims againot the said buildings
or Bny of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, Dhall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit "A"
ALL that certain parcel of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the north right-of-way line of Wallingford
Way, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 239 and being
located from the intersection of the north right -of -way line of
Wallingford Way and the extended centerline of Lawncrest Drive the
following course along the north right-of-way line of Wallingford
Way, North 74 degrees 50 minutes 43 seconds East a distance of
324,88 feet;
THENCE North 15 degrees 09 minutes 18 seconds West, along the east
line of Lot 239, a distance of 91.88 feet to a point, being the
common corner of Lot 238, Lot 239, Lot 223 and Lot 224;
THENCE North 69 degrees 36 minutes 17 seconds East, along the south
line of Lot 224, a distance of 103,93 feet to a concrete monument
on the same and being the northwest corner of Lot 237;
THENCE South 15 degrees 09 minutes 18 seconds East, along the west
line of Lot 237, a distance of 101.37 feet to a point on the north
right-of-way line of Wallingford Way and being the southwest corner
of Lot 237;
THENCE South 74 degrees 50 minutes 43 seconds West, along the north
right-of-way line of Wallingford way, a distance of 103,49 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 10,000.00 square feet or 0.230
acres of land, more or less.
BEING Lot 238 on the Plan of Lots of Hampden Hearth Final Plan
Phase III, recorded in Plan Book 62, Page 139, Cumberland County
Courthouse,
BEING the same premises which HS Service Corporation, Trustee for
Hampden Hearth Joint Venture, a joint venture of HS Service
Corporation, a PA Corporation and Equico Realty Group, a PA General
partnership, granted and conveyed to Jamee A, priar and Karen J.
priar, husband and wife, Borrowers herein.
