Your Petitioner Is the County of Cumberland through Its Tsx Claim Bureau, a Bureau created by the Real Estate Tsx Sale Law. 72 P.S. ~5860.1 01, at sic. 2. follows: . Pursuant to 72 P.S. ~5860.610, your Petitioner respectfully represents as a. Tax claim upon which the property was exposed for sale: 1987 through and Including 1993 Cumberland County, Cumberland County Library, and Mount Holly Springs Borough real estate taxes. 1987-88 through and Including 1993-94 Carlisle Area school real estate taxes.
