4. Petitioner wishes to Praecipe for a Writ of Execution and
direct the Sheriff to levy upon and take manual possession of
the subject stock in Howard C. Gale Development Company.
Execution on any stock requir~s the sheriff take manual
possession.
5. Petitioner believes that the respondent may negotiate,
transfer, assign or dispose of the subject stock in Howard C.
Gale Development Company.
6. petitioner further avers that the Sheriff in serving the Writ
of Execution would not be able to take manual possession of
the stock unless this Court were to issue an Order directing
the respondent to deliver the subject stock to the Sheriff of
cumberland County.
7. Consequently, petitioner avers and believes that in order to
proceed with any execution upon the stock owned by the
respondent in Howard C. Gale Development Company,
supplementary relief and aid of execution is necessary
pursuant to Pa, R.C.P. 3118 in this matter.
WHEREFORE, petitioner Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department
of Environmental Protection, moves this Honorable Court to enter an
Order directing respondent, Howard C. Gale, Jr., as follows:
1. That the respondent, Howard C. Gale, Jr., is enjoined from the
negotiation, transfer, assignment or other disposition of any
stock he may own in Howard C. Gale Development Company;
