AND NOW, comes Defendant, Eagle Oak Products, Inc. a/t/a
Eagle oak Furniture Outlet, by and through its counsel,
Cunningham' Chernicoff, P.c., and files its Answer to the

Complaint filed by Dana Commercial Credit, and in support
thereof, avers as follows:
8. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted
that Defendant signed a Lease Agreement. It is denied that
Defendant was presented this Lease Agreement by Plaintiff. By
way of further response, the agent for Unisoft systems
instructed Defendant to sign the Lease Agreement in order for
Unisoft to obtain the funds necessary to purchase the
equipment which Unisoft had ordered for Defendant. Defendant
did not actually have in its posBesBion the subject equipment
at the time that the agent for Unisoft instructed Defendant
that it was necessary for Defendant to sign the Lease
Agreement.
9. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted
that some of the equipment Bet forth in Paragraph 9 of the
Complaint was delivered to the Defendant. It is denied that
all the equipment requested and ordered by the Defendant was
in fact delivered to the Defendant.
10. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted
that Defendant received some boxes of equipment and signed the
delivery Blip acknowledging the receipt of the same. It is
denied that at the time uniBoft inBtructed Defendant to sign
the Lease Agreement that Defendant had any of the subject of
