HOON of 55 STEINHOUR ROAD, YORK HAVEN Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with HAUBERT HOMES, INC. of 15 CENTRAL BLVD., CAMP HILL Pennsylvania, for the erection of a story building upon a 1o1 of laud situate and commonly known as 5255 Aldersgate Circle, Township Hampden, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in deed dated September 20, 2002, recorded at Deed Book · Page , in the Recorder~ Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully described in Exhibit "A"which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
