Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
situate ill Hampden
more particularly
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Jerusalem
Road, said point being the southwestern corner of Lot 1125, said
point also being the southeastern corner of Lot 1126, as shown on
the final Phase 3 subdivision plan of Turnberry; THENCE along the
southern line of Lot 1125, North 63 degrees 08 minutes 25 seconds
East, a distance of 202.61 feet to a point on the western right-of-
way line of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point also
being the southeastern corner of Lot 1125; THENCE along the western
right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, by a curve to the left with
a radius of 255.00 feet, an arc length of 82.36 feet, said arc
being subtended by a chord bearing South 23 degrees 53 minutes 07
seconds East, a distance of 82.00 feet to a point on the western
right-Of-way line of Inverness Drive, said point also being the

Road; THENCE continuing along the eastern right-of-way line of

feet, an arc length of 78.39 feet, said arc being subtended by a
chord bearing North 47 degrees 53 minutes 15 seconds West, a
distance of 78.39 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line
of Jerusalem Road, said point being the point and place of
BEGINNING.
