any and all documents and paperwork necessary to transfer the
title of said automobile to Wife's name alone. Husband hereb~
releases all right, title, and interest he may have in said
automobile to Wife.
The 1995 Ford F-l50 Pickup Truck shall become the
sole property of Husband. Wife hereby agrees to sign and
execute any and all documents and paperwork necessary to
transfer the title of said vehicle to Husband's name alone.
Wife hereby releases all right, title, and interest she may
have in said vehicle to Husband.
,I b. Certificate of Deposit
The $5,000 Certificate of Deposit at the Members 1st
Credit Union, currently titled in both the names of Husband
and Wife shall become the sole property of Wife. Husband
agrees to sign and execute any and all documents and paper-
work necessary to transfer the title of said Certificate of
Deposit to Wife's name alone. Husband and Wife understand
that it may be necessary and/or prudent to wait to have the
transfer effected until the Certificate of Deposit has
matured. In that event, Husband hereby agrees that he will
sign and execute any and all documents and paperwork necessary
to transfer the title of said Certificate of Deposit to Wife'.

his cooperation is necessary concerning the transfer. Husband

'9. NO DEBTS
Neither party will or shall be entitled to contract any debts
nor incur any charges or obligations in the name of the other part~
nor in any way use or attempt to use the credit of the other patty.
10. DOCUMENTS
Each party shall; at the request of the other, execute,
acknowledge and deliver any documents which may be reasonably
necessary to give full effect to this Agreement.
11. NO BAR TO DIVORCE
Nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent either
of the parties from instituting an action for absolute divorce
against the other in any jurisdiction based upon any past or
present conduct of the other, nor to bar the other from defending
any such suit.
12. ABSOLUTE AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
The provisions of this Agreement are intended to consider,
determine and distribute all of the assets of the parties hereto a
part of the terms of this Postnuptial Agreement. This Agreement 1
intended by the parties hereto to be a valid Postnuptial
providing for the absolute and final settlement of their respectlv
property rights and all obligations of support. Thi~ Agreement 18
not intended to be a mere Separation Agreement.

AND NOW, this Jt/'f(day of May, 1996, comes George L.

Thompson, by and through his attorney, James P. Sheppard, Esquire,
who respectfully avers the following:
1. The Plaintiff is George L. Thompson, who currently
resides at RR Box 54, Green Lake Road, Coxsackie, Green County,
New York, 12051.
2. The Defendant is Jacqueline A. Thompson, who currently
resides at 39 North Enola Drive, Enola, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17025.
3. The Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residp.nts
of the Commonwealth for at least six months immediately previous to
the filing of the complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on March 12,
1987 in HarriSburg, Pennsylvanic.
5. There have been no pr ior actions of divorce or for
annulment between the parties.
