Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for water and sewage usage fees against the real estate hereinafter described and
sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority,
a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.
The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Daniel F. Eno,
with a mailing address of 79 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The address of the
subject property is:
150 Fern Avenue
Carlisle, PA 17013
A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water
and sewage usage service in the amount of $255. 06.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 25, 2002 and costs of
filing are also claimed.

seconds West a distance of 98.90 feet to an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of
Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company North 73 degrees 04 minutes 37 seconds West a
distance of 17.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along same Nor& 72 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds
West a distance of 13625 feet to an iron pin; being the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 15,252.922 square feet, more or less.
BEING Lot No. 1 of the subdivision plan for Leona M. Boric, filed in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 42, Page 33.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Farmers Trust Company, Executor of the
Estate of Leona Mae Boric, a/k/a Leona M. Boric by Deed dated October 25, 1985 and recorded
October 30, 1985 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. in Deed Book "O". Volume 31~ Page 395. granted and conveyed to Glen E.
Hockenberry, the Grantor herein.
This is a corrective Deed correcting the faulty description in the deed between the same
parties dated April 11,200l and recorded April 12, 200l in the said Recorder's Office in Deed
Book 242. Page 681.
