ORDER
AND NOW, this ~_ day of J' v ~
. 1996, upon receipt of
the Conciliator's Report, it appearing that the Plaintiff and her counsel appeared for
the Conciliation and the Defendant did not appear, although he was served with the
notice of tho Conciliation, and further appearing that the Defendant is incarcerated
in Illinois, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. Mother shall have primary legal and physical custody of the
minor child, Tyler Lewis, d.o.b. 27 December 1993, subject to periods
of partial custody and visitation with Father as agreed upon.
2. In the event that the Father feels aggrieved by this order, he
may petition the court for specific periods of partial custody and
visitation.
