STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGRIEKENT made the 20th of May, 1996, by and between
TAYLOR HOME REMODELING, INC. t/d/b/a TAYLOR HOMES and REMODELING
AND
DENNIS R. BELL, JR. and SANDRA LOY, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate in
Lot 83, CHIPPENHAM ROAD, MECHANISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Taylor Homes Remodeling, Inc. in hand paid by Owner, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further
consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for
themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting
through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of
them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished
by them or any of them unner said contract or otherwise. for,
towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said
buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor,
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby
expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or clai.ms against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CIRTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 83/ as shown on
Kingswood Final Subdivision Plan of Phases VB and VC/ dated
December 3, 1993, and recorded April 8/ 1994/ in Cumberland
County Plan Book 67, Page 136, being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pint being a southerly corner of Lot No.
80, and lying in a westerly right-of-way of Chippenham Road
cul-de-sac (60 foot radius); thence along said right-of-way,
along a curve to the left, having a chord bearing of South 35
degrees 20 minutes 13 seconds East, a chord distance of 84.21
feet, a radius of 60,00 feet, and an arc distance of 93,35 feet
to an iron pin lying in said right-of.way and being a northerly
corner of Lot No, 84; thence along Lot Nos. 84 and 85, South 10
degrees 05 minutes 35 seconds West, 146,31 feet to an iron pint
being a westerly corner of Lot No. 85 and being an easterly

pin, being an easterly corner of Lot No. 39/ and being a westerly
