POSTNUPTIAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT. made this ~ day of October, 1996, by and
between Lisa Renea Duncen, of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Penneylvanla, hereinafter referred to ItS "Wife," and Jeffrey Lae Duncan. of
Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. hereinafter referred to as
"Husbend. "
WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto were duly married to each other on
January 16, 1993 in Mountville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and that
there wera no child born of the marriage; and,
WHEREAS. certain unhappy and Irreconcilable differences have arisen
between the partlas, as a result, a Divorce Action was filed in tha Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. to No. 96-2053 Civil
Term; and
WHEREAS. It is the intention of the parties to enter into an Agreement
under which their respective financial and property rights, and all other
respectiva rights, remedies, privileges and obligations to each other arising
out of the marriage relation, or otherwise, including those rights over which
