The Pre-Hearing Custody Conference scheduled for Septem- ber 6, 1996 was continued to permit the parties to discuss an amicable resolution to this matter. 3. The parties shall have shared physical custody of the child,on holidays from tim~ to time as they can agre~, Holidays shall be defined as New Year.s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Inde- pendence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving, On Christmas, Donna Rhea Music shall have partial physical custody of the child from noon on December 25 through noon on December 26. 5. During these periods of partial physical custody, Father shall have periods of partial physical custody of the child but shall not have such custody overnight, Such periods of partial physical custody shall take place at the residence of Donna Rhea Music and shall be supervised by her, 6. The parties agree that periods of partial physical custody with Donna Rhea Music shall begin and end at the resi- dence of Barbara Snyder in Newville, Pennsylvania unless other- wise agreed to between the parties, 7.
