AND NOW, this .Jf)fl day of May, 1996, upon presentation and consideration ot'the
within Petition, and upon finding that Debbie L. Keiser, now residing in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, is in immediate and present danger of abuse from the defendant, Marc D. Keiser,
the following Temporary Order is entered:
The defendant, Marc D. Keiser, whose current address is 4020 Enola Road, Newville,
Pennsylvania 17041, is hereby enjoined from physically abusing Ihe plaintiff, Debbie L. Keiser, or
placing her in fear of abuse and is ordered to stay away from any location where she may reside.
The defendant is hereby notitied that if he fails to follow this Order, he may be in indirect criminal
contempt which is punishable by a tine not to exceed $1,000,00 and/or by a sentence of up to six
months in jail and any other appropriate punishment, Resumption of co-residence on the parI of
the plaintiff and tile de fend anI shall not nullitY the provisions of the coun order directing the
defendant to refrain from abusing the plaintiff,
This Order shall remain in effect until a tinal order is entered in this case. A hearing shall

AND NOW comes the Petitioner, Debbie L. Keiser, by her attorneys, Irwin, McKnight &
Hughes, Esquires and presents this petition for a protective order under the Protection from
Abu~ Act, 23 Pa.C.S,A, Section 6101 et seq., representing as follows:

The Petitioner is Debbie L. Kei~r, an adult individual presently residing at 405 Delancy
Court, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
2.
The Respondent is Marc D. Keiser, an adult individual residing at 4020 Enola Road,
Newville, Pennsylvania 17241.
