POSTPONEMENT OF LIKN OP MUNICIPAL LIKN
WHEREAS, Richard D. Rinesmith, Jr, and MaryAlice C,
Rinesmith, his wife, (herein "Owners") have requested Lower
Allen Township Authority (herein "Authority") ::he lienholder in
the above referenced Municipal Lien to postpone the lien thereof
in favor of the liens of two mortgages executed and delivered by
Owner to F,irst Indiana Bank, its successors and assigns, as
their interests may appear, the first mortgage in the principal
amount of $132,000.00, dated November 8, 1999 and the second
mortgage in the amount of $32,000.00/ dated November 8, 1999/
both of which are recorded or about to be recorded on
/ 1999, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
NOW THEREFORE, KNO\~ ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS for value
received and intending to be legally bound the Authority does by
these presents, hereby agree to postpone the lien of the above
recited Municipal Lien in favor of the aforesaid mortgage as to
its loan and postponement until the aforesaid Mortgage is paid
in full, with the same force and effect as if the above recited
Municipal Lien had, been entered immediately subsequent to the
recording of the aforesaid mortgage but shall not change or
affect the priority of the lien of the aforesaid Municipal Lien
in favor of the Authority in relation to any other judgment or
lien entered against the Owners, their heirs and assigns.
AND IT IS FURTHER AGREED and understood that nothing herein
contained shall be construed to impair the lien or collection of
the aforesaid Municipal Lien nor affect the lien or collection
of the same except to the extent and for the purpose of allowing
the priority above stated.
