P,L. 385 No, 91, 35 P,S, U680,401c !ll ~, Notices of Intent to Foreclose and of Defendants' rights under said Act wcre forwarded to Harold J, Eutzy and Monica M, Eutzy dated April II, 1996, first class mail, certificate of mailing. addressed to 315 East Garfield Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257, Copies of the aforesaid Notices are attached hereto and marked Exhibits "C" and "D", Copies of the mailing receipts, postal forms 3817, evidencing the mailing of said Notices are attached hereto and marked Exhibit "E", 13, Defendants received delivery of said Notices on April 16, 1996. Eutzy received delivery of the afor~said notice on April 13. 1996 and Defendant Monica M.
