On or about November 18, 1993 Detendant(s) (buyer) ent.r.d into a written Automobile R.tail Installment Contract (h.r.inaft.r called the Contract) to purchas. a "V.hicl." from a d.al.r (cr.ditor) as fully d.scribed in said Contract, said purchas. to be mad. acoorcHnq to the terms, pric.s and conditions contain.d within the atore.aid contract, a true and correct copy of said Contract b.ing attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit "A". 4. On or about November 18, 1993 Detendant(s) (buyer) entered into a written Automobile Retail Installment Contract (hereinatter called the Contract) to purchase a "Vehicle" from a dealer (creditor) a. fully described in said Contract, said purChase to be made according to the terms, prices and conditions contained within the atoresaid Contract, a true and correct copy ot said Contract being attached hereto, made a part hereot, and markGld Exhibit "A". 4.
