Under and by virtue of the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act
of 1923, as amended, 53 P.S. Section 7101, et seq., Lower Allen
Township Authority (herein "Authority") files its claim for the
tapping fee and related costs levied in the oonstruction, by the
Authority, of its Lisburn Area sanitary sewer system, in the total
a.ount hereinafter indicated, against the real estate described
herein, with the improvements thereon, if any, and sets forth the
following:

is LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP AUTHORITY, 120 Limekiln Ro~d, New
CUIlberland, Pennsylvania 17070, a body corporate and pOlitic,
organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and created by the Township of LoweX' Allen, undeX' the
Municipality Authorities Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended,
located in the Township of LoweX' Allen, County of Cumberland,
Pennsylvania.
2. The name OX' names of the owner or owners, X'egisteX'ed,
apparent, or r.puted owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed is/are:
Charlotte E. Weller.
3. A description of the property against which thia claim ia
