3. A de.cription ot the property against which this claim 18
tiled is as tollows:
All that certain tract ot land aituate in Lower AUen
Township, Cuaberland county, Pennsylvania, known as
1431 Main street, Lisburn, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
17055, and .ore particularly bounded and described in
Cumberland County Deed Book N-36-750, et seq.
4. The Authority under and by virtue ot which the tapping
tee was levied and the work done is as follows:
The Municipal Authorities Act enacted May 2, 1945,
P.L. 382, as amendedi Lower Allen Township Authority
Resolution No. 95-A-15, adopted August 3, 1995, and
Re.olution No. 95-A-17, adopted October 5, 1995.
5. The Authority constructed a sewer extension consisting,
inter AliA, ot collection and tran.portation faciliti.. including
pump station and related and nece.sary facilities in the Lisburn
Sewer Service Area and completed the same on or about February 1,
1996.
6. Notice of the Tapping Fee Bill for the same, together
with notice ot intention to tile this lien, it the bill was not
paid, was duly given on April 2, 1996, by the said Authority to
said Owner or reputed Owners who have failed to pay the same.
7. The amount ot the levy and tapping tee tor which this
claim is tiled is as tollows:
