Under and by virtue of the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act
of 1923, a. awended, 53 P.S. Section 7101, et .eq., Lower Allen
Town.hip Authority (herein "Authority") files its claim for the
tappinq fee and related costs levied in the construction, by the
Authority, ot it. Li.burn Area sanitary sewer system, in the total
amount hereinafter indicated, against the real estate described
herein, with the improvements thereon, if any, and sets forth the
fOllowing:

1. The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed
ie LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP AUTHORITY, 120 Limekiln Road, New
CUllberland, Penneylvania 17070, a body corporate and politic,
organized and exi.ting under the laws of the Commonwealth ot
Pennsylvania and created by the Township of Lower Allen, under the
Municipality Authoritie. Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, a. amended,
located in the Township of Lower .\llen, county of cumberland,
Penn.ylvania.
2. The name or names of the owner or owners, registered,
apparent, or reputed owner or owners of the property againet which
thie claim ie filed i./are:
Creedon J. Fertenbaugh and Armillda F. Fertenbaugh, hie wife.
3. A description of the property aqainst which this claim b
filed is a. follows:
All thet certain tract of land situate in Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as
1521 Main street, Lisburn, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
17055, and more particularly bounded and described in
Cumberland County Deed Book R-25-675, et seq.
4. The Authority under and by virtue of which the tspping
fee was levied and the work done i. as tollows:
The Municipal Authoritie. Act enacted May 2, 1945,
P.L. 382, u allendedl Lower Allen Township Authority
Resolution No. 95-A-15. adopted August 3, 1995, and
Resolution No. 95-A-17, adopted October 5, 1995.
5. The Authoritr constructed a sewer extension consisting,
inter AliA, of collect on and transportation facilities including
pump station and related and necessary facilities in the Lisburn
Sewer Service Area and completed the same on or about February 1,
1996.
6. Notice of the Tapping Fee Bill for the same, together
with notice of intention to file this lien, if the bill was not
paid, was duly given on March 27, 1996, by the said Authority to
said Owner or reputed Owners who have failed to pay the same.
7. The amount of the levy and tapping fee for which this
claim i. filed is as tollows:
