WHEREAS, Michael J. Belansek and Trlcla J. Belansek, of Mechanlcsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporeneously herewith, a contract, with
Perkins Construction, Inc. for the construction of a home upon land designated as Lot #237,
Hampden Hearth, Phase III, Hampden Township, Mechanlcsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvenla.
NOW, May 24, 1996, before any authority has been given by Michael J, Belansek and
Trlcla J. Belansek, Owners to Perkins Construction, Inc., Contractor to commence work on
the residential structure for end in consideration of the making of said contract and the
payment of $1.00 (receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged) to the Contractor
from the Owners, It Is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the home being erected by
the Contractor, or any subcontractor, or by any material men or workmen, or any other
person, for labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials or service, because of
the construction of said dwelling house, the right to file such liens being expressly waived,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ths undersigned Owners and the undersigned Contractor are
executing this Stipulation Against Liens, with intent to be legally bound hereby.
