6. At the present time, the principal balance on the loan
is Four thousand seven hundred twenty- four do II arB and for ty-ni ne
cents ($4,724.49), and there Is now accrued Interest in the
amount of Five thousand one hundred twenty-four dollars and forty
cents ($5,124.40). There are also late charges due as of this
date In the amount of Three thousand six hundred fi fty-nine
dollars and eighty-one cents ($3,659,81).
7. The total amount due Is therefore Thirteen thousand five
hundred eight dollars and seventy cents ($13,508.70).
8. All of the above dmounts due are as of April 1,1996.
From that date forward, there Is a per diem amount at Two dollars
and thirty-six cents i$2.36) per day In interest.
9. Plaintiff has made numerous demands upon the Defendants
for the payment of this debt, and the Defendants have neglected
and/or refused to make any payment since November 4, 1994.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment in the amount of
Thirteen thousand five hundrp.d eight dollars and seventy cents
($13,508.70) plus costs of this action, together with interest at
the rate of Two dollars and thirty-six cents ($2.36) per day from
April 1, 1996 forward against each of the Defendants jointly and
severely.
