process of law cnn be served, nnd filed in this Department as a certilicd copy of its charter nnd a detailed
statement of Its Assets nnd liabilities, and otherwise complied with the requirements of Section 66 I of
the Act of Assembly in the Commonwc:allh of Pennsylvnnia, entitled "An act relating to insurnnce
wnl:nding, revising nnd consolidating the Law, &c," approved the I 7th day of May, A.D, 1921, as well
as with the requirements of the laws of this Commonwealth applicable to such compnny in doing
business herein,

Hwnilton, Ohio, Is duly authorized to become nnd be accepted as sole surety on all bonds, undertakings
nnd obligations required or permilled by law or the ordinnnces, rules or regulations of nny municipality,
board, body, orgnnizatlon or public officer.
