NOW, Rebecca R. Hughes, Esquire, being duly sworn according to law, does depose and
state:
I, That she is a competent adult and allomey for the plaintiff in the captioned action in
divorce,
2, That a certified copy of the complaint in divorce was served upon the defendant on
Jur:e 10, 1996, by certified, restricted delivery mail, addressed to him at 22 McBride Avenue,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, with Return Receipt Number Z 321 834 448,
3, That the said receipt for certified mail is signed and attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

of election of that period of summer vacation shall take precedence, Transportation of the minor child
for the summer vacation schedule shall be providcd as mutually agrecd between the parties hereto,

pennitted to relocate the minor child to Columbus, Georgia, or any other such location within the United
States of America where Mother may reside. and shall keep Father advised at all times as to the
residence and location of the minor child,

NOW TillS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH TIIATt
WHEREAS, Mother and Father are the nalural parenls of Abigayle K, Hurley, dale of birth,
August 19. 1993; and
WHEREAS, Mother desires to continue primary custody of the minor child, Abigayle K.
Hurley; and
WHEREAS. Father desires that Mother be the primary care giver and custodian for the minor
child, Abigayle K, Hurley; and
WHEREAS, Father and Mother desire to cnler into an agreement regarding custody relative to
the minor child. Abigayle K, Hurley, to be in elTect hereal\er and until altered by subsequent order of
court; and
