Phy and Wood and. in exchanqe, Detendanta agreed to repay the loan
amount plua intereat at the rate ot ... per annum. A true and
correct copy ot the atorementioned aqreement ia attached hereto a.
Exhibit A.
!l. purauant to the aqreement, the Defendant. promised to
repay the loan at the rate ot $75.00 per month tor 27 months,
beginning in January. 1995. The tinal (28th) installment payment
waa to be in the amount ot $55.00.
6. A turther written promise to repay the loan was s~qned by
Detendant Phy and i. attached hereto as Exhibit B.
7. Despite plaintitf Edwards' demands to t1".a Detendanta that
they repay the loan, Defendanta have tailed and retused to do so.
TO date, no part ot the loan has been repaid.
8. Detendants' tailure and retusal to repay the loan
constitutes a breach ot the loan aqreement.
9. As a result ot the Detendants' breach of the loan
agreement, Plaintitt Edwards haa suttered damage a in the amount ot
$2,080.00, which aum includes the $2,000.00 principal loan amount
plus 4' interest.

this Honorable Court to enter judgment in his favor and againat

had tailed to pay the Cellular One account charge., PlaintUt
Edward. paid to Cellular One the amount ot $1,535.18, which
repre.ented the Detendant.' out.tanding balance to CellUlar One.
