COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
1. Plaintiff is Jerry L. Anderson, an adult individual
currently
residing at 33 North Hanover street,
Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Anderson has lived at this
residence for approximately one year.
2. Defendant is Betty J. Anderson, an adult individual
currently residing at 1124 E. Ida, Tampa, Hillsborough County,
Florida.
Ms. Anderson has resided at this
address
for
approximately two months.
3. Plaintiff is a bona fide x'esident of the Commonwealth of
pennsylvania and has been so for at least six months immediately
previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defend~nt were married on November 10,
1984, in Tampa, Hillsborough county, Florida.
5. There have been no prior actions for divorce or
annulmont between the parties.
6. The Defendant is not an active member of the Armed
Forces of the Uni~ed States of America or its Allies.
7. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
counseling and the right to request that the court require the
parties to participate in counseling. Knowing this, Plaintiff
does not desire t~at the Court require the parties to participate
in counseling.
